As you may or may not know, Edgewood Travel has been in business since 1987. While we're a small agency, we offer you very personal attention. Any travel agency will tell you they provide the best service and lowest costs. But travelers have learned that action speaks louder than words. It is not secret that most travel agencies have access to the same reservation systems. Why is it then that mistakes are made, and people do not get the best fares/rates they were promised? The answer is experience, people, and attention to details. It takes a long time to train agents. At some travel agencies, agents are often learning at the traveler's expense. Edgewood Travel has experienced, well-trained people who have been in the business, in most cases, over ten years. Also, as an independently owned and operated travel company, Edgewood's people all have a stake in the success of the firm. That is why quality service and details are formost in their minds. Edgewood has all of the state of the art computer systems and travel services larger agencies have, but what Edgewood has more of is personal service and dedicated people. Edgewood is located in a modern office building in Greenwich, and serves Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
